Abierta is called the Open Province because of its name. To the north there is an expansive lawn and in the south the Che-Che Pin Qua Forest . Abierta shares a tri-pint of Loves Peak with Irving and Drystone. Abierta is a major Transportation hub with 3 cart yards and the largest airport in Wegmat. The largest city flying is where the largest company in the province is located, the Dunning Aircraft Co-op.
Provincial Council
The provincial council meets bi monthly in the Abierta Capital Building in Che-Che. They pass provincial ordinances and laws.

Department of Natural Resources
The Abierta DNR manages provincial lands that hold Natural Resources. The DNR monitors private extraction within Abierta. The DNR also manges provincial parks.

Department of Transportation
ADOT manages all provincial roads in Abierta. It also monitors all commerce entering on either cart or bike. ADOT does not manage Flying Airport, the Federal Ministry of Transportation does.
