Federal Public Health Agency
The Federal Public Health Agency or FPHA is the disease control and prevention agency of Wegmat. The FPHA studies diseases, public health capacity and ways to prevent diseases. The FPHA will become the leading agency to respond to an outbreak of a disease in Wegmat.

Federal Occupational Health Agency
The Federal Occupational Health Agency or FOHA is the regulatory agency for job safety. FOHA inspects job areas for their compliance with the Health Code of Wegmat: FCW XI Chapter 3. FOHA has the ability to issue fines up to shutting down/seizing businesses.

Federal Healthcare Agency
The Federal Healthcare Agency provides first aid to the citizens of Wegmat and has the ability to assist people to make their way to a hospital. The Federal Healthcare Agency also cares for citizens with chronic illnesses or recovering from a hospital visit.
Federal Fire and Rescue Service
The Federal Fire and Rescue Service or the FFRS is the main fire protection and prevention service as well as the major rescue work agency in Wegmat. The FFRS inspects some buildings to make sure they are up to the national fire code. If a fire ever breaks out the FFRS responds to put it out, control it, or in the worst cases will have to contact the local US fire department.

Federal Ambulance Service
The Federal Ambulance Service is the public emergency medical technician and emergency hospital transportation agency of Wegmat.
Federal Medical Trainers
The Federal Medical Trainers is the agency that trains all employees and volunteers of the Ministry of Health, provides Wegmat CPR and Wegmat First Aid certification.
Special Containment Protocol Agency
The Special Containment Protocol Agency or SCPA is the biohazard and paranormal investigation agency of the Federal Union. SCPA responds to biological or chemical incidents to protect the public from those incidents. The SCPA also investigates reports of paranormal and supernatural incidents. The SCPA is the only agency in the government concerning paranormal, extraterrestrial, or spiritual concerns to public health and safety.
