Council of State
Wegmat Parliament is the supreme legislative body of Wegmat. Parliament Members propose and vote on legislation and propositions. First, an act is proposed to the members of parliament to debate, then it is voted on. Members of Parliament are elected every six months by the population of Wegmat, parliament members represent the people of Wegmat. Once an act is passed by parliament, it is sent to the President to be promulgated to become national law.
Current Members of Parliament:
The Counci of State is the cabinet of Wegmat. Composed of 12 ministers and President of Wegmat. Ministers are appointed by the Prime minister. The Prime Minister is appointed by the President after being nominated by Parliament.
