Metra Train

Are you looking for an exciting urban exploration adventure? We will be exploring the abandoned Metra train in Bensenville, Illinois.

We will look through the train's many carriages, where we'll see the remnants of a once-thriving transportation system. The interiors of the carriages have been stripped bare, leaving only the remnants of seats and other machinery behind.

Draw Bridge House

The abandoned draw bridge house on Ashland Avenue over the Chicago River offers a unique and exciting exploration that takes you through a piece of Chicago's history.

The drawbridge house stands abandoned, providing a glimpse into the past. As you explore the interior, you'll see remnants of the old machinery and equipment used to operate the drawbridge. The creaking floors and peeling paint will transport you back in time.

One of the most exciting parts of the exploration mission is the view from the top of the bridge house. From the top, you'll get an amazing view of the Chicago River and the surrounding area.

Joliet Prison Quarry

Part of the famous Old Joliet Prison there is a tower where limestone was crushed. It is just outside the Joliet Prison and is owned by the state. Yous sgould be able to get into this one easy as there is no fuss around it like there is on the prison itself or Damen Silos.

Kankakee Mental Hospital

Classic urbex spot. Creepy as fuck. Kind of a long drive.

Wegmat does not share location with anyone nor are we vandals (some of us our graffiti artists but we will not destroy a place in perstine condition). We really hope anyone who isnt stubborn would like to share a location with us an i will be posted on this blog once the exploration is complete.
